User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on www.adazeconnect.com, users (Buyers, Sellers, Importers, and Transporters) agree to be bound by these terms.

2. The Adaze Revenue Model (Listing Units)

• Pricing: Users purchase units at a rate of 1 KES per 1 Unit.
• Validity: One (1) Unit entitles the user to list one (1) product for twenty-four (24) hours.
• Expiry: Units are consumed upon activation. Once a listing expires, it will be "blurred" on the marketplace until the user reactivates it with new units.
• Refunds: All M-Pesa payments for Listing Units are final and non-refundable.

3. Platform Roles & Conduct

• Universal Access: All registered users can buy and sell.
• Seller Responsibility: Sellers/Importers must provide accurate store locations and hours.
• Item Quality: Adaze is a facilitator and does not take responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of items (e.g., Mitumba clothes) listed by third parties.
• Direct Contact: Buyers may contact sellers via WhatsApp. Users agree to use this feature professionally.

4. Payments and Logistics

• M-Pesa: All platform fees are paid via Safaricom M-Pesa.
• Deliveries: Transporters are independent contractors. Adaze is not liable for delays or damages occurring during transit.

5. Limitation of Liability

Adaze Marketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including failed trades or disputes between users.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the Laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mombasa or Nairobi.
